I offer a variety of different training options to meet your needs and schedule. After a free consultation with me via zoom we will discuss which option is best for you and your goals.
Customized workout program
Based on your individual needs I design workouts on a month to month basis via an app called Trainerize. Each workout comes with videos of each exercise, tracking of weights/reps, an option to link to devices you already use to track your diet, sleep and steps. .
One on one personal training via zoom
All your workouts will be done via zoom from where ever you are located. Some people bring their phone to their local gym or simply workout in the convenience of their home. You don’t need any equipment to get started.
Small group training via zoom
You have the option to team up with your friends from anywhere via zoom! If you don’t want to do this on your own this is a great way to get to get a discounted price and see your friends a couple times a week and work towards similar goals.
